Who we are

"As if we were staying here". This slogan has accompanied Patrizia, Beppe, Giorgia and Maurizio throughout the development of the Pescoluse Apartments project.

We are a family originally from Bari and in 2016 we decided to invest in one of the most beautiful places in Puglia, Marina di Pescoluse, known to most as the Maldives of Salento.

It all starts with the purchase of an uncultivated land and ends in 2022 with the construction of a complex just 350 meters from the sea.

The project is inspired by the wonderful surrounding landscape and uses light and soft colors for the furnishings of the interior spaces. Large and functional solutions capable of guaranteeing maximum privacy.
